DD-21 is an AUv3 effect plugin/app extension designed to provide distortion, fuzz, overdrive, and saturation effects. It emulates the audio distortion produced by diodes in electronic circuits, a characteristic sound prevalent in various audio equipment and numerous recordings.

With DD-21, users can adjust the distortion level from gentle analog warmth to gritty fuzz, offering a versatile range of tonal options.
